I was born in Albania and raised in Italy, where I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Human Resources. I also hold an advanced certificate in Psychology and Counselling. I currently live in Australia with my husband and daughter. My journey into motherhood led me to challenge the beliefs I had built around the expectations of life and family, reshaping my approach to both career and personal fulfilment.

In my first book, The Boundless Energy of the Heart, I invite readers to reflect on the choices we make daily, with particular attention to the impact our beliefs have on these decisions—especially regarding how we interact with and nurture our children. It encourages us to rethink how we feel about and approach family life, as well as the way we shape the future for our children through our thoughts and actions.

Through my career in Human Resources and my background in psychology and counselling, I’ve developed an empowering approach aimed at helping individuals and families embark on their unique paths of self-discovery. My mission is to guide others to reflect, focus, and enhance the quality of both their personal and professional lives, creating a harmonious balance between family life and career aspirations.
