I was born in Albania, raised in Italy where I completed my bachelor and master degree in HR. I currently live in Australia with my husband and daughter. It was while entering the motherhood that I began shedding parts of myself that were built around beliefs which dictate most of our lives.

With my first book "The Boundless Energy Of The Heart" I invite everyone to reflect on the choices we make on a daily basis with a significant emphasis on the impact that our beliefs have on our every choice. Particularly with regards to the way we treat children. It is an invitation to reconsider the ways we interact with our children, how we feel and how we think about them.

I initiated my empowering approach with a singular objective: to extend an invitation for individuals to embark on their unique journey of self-discovery. My foundation in HR, coupled with a genuine passion for spirituality, empowers others to concentrate, reflect, and enhance the quality of their lives.
